Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SuppaLog (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SuppaLog. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SuppaLog. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are under 18, you should use SuppaLog under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Description of Service

SuppaLog is a supplement tracking mobile application that helps users:

• Track daily supplement intake and dosages
• Monitor nutrient consumption from all sources
• Scan supplement labels using barcode scanning and AI Vision
• Create custom supplement stacks and routines
• View analytics, insights, and RDA comparisons
• Access AI-powered wellness recommendations (Pro feature)

SuppaLog is provided in two tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic supplement tracking, up to 3 stacks, limited features
• SuppaLog Pro: Unlimited stacks, advanced analytics, AI chat, data export

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use SuppaLog, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Your name and health profile information (age, gender for RDA calculations)

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We recommend enabling biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for added security.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• This action cannot be undone
• Any active Pro subscription will be handled through your App Store account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

SuppaLog Pro Subscription

SuppaLog Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available as:

• Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
• Annual: $49.99 USD per year (save 17%)

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Payment is charged to your App Store/Play Store account upon confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's App Store/Play Store settings

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through:

• iOS: Apple App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com)
• Android: Google Play Store

SuppaLog does not process refunds directly. Apple and Google have their own refund policies.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices change:

• You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• The new price applies to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period
• You can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect

Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial:

• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Cancellation must be done through your App Store/Play Store settings
• We'll remind you before your trial ends

User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into SuppaLog, including:

• Supplement logs and intake records
• Custom supplements you create
• Supplement stacks and routines
• Notes, comments, and life moments
• Health metrics and biometric data

License to Us

By using SuppaLog, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your data on our servers
• Process your data to provide the service (analytics, insights, RDA comparisons)
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for app improvement and research

We do NOT:

• Claim ownership of your personal data
• Share your identifiable health data with third parties (except as outlined in our Privacy Policy)
• Sell your data

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate supplement and health information
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your account with others
• Not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app
• Data Scraping: Use automated tools to extract data from SuppaLog
• Illegal Activity: Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Impersonation: Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Abuse: Abuse, harass, or harm other users or our support team
• Commercial Use: Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission
• Security Violations: Attempt to breach our security or access unauthorized areas

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination.

Disclaimers and Medical Information

The information provided by SuppaLog, including:

• Nutrient tracking and RDA comparisons
• AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Supplement information from our database
• Analytics and trends

Consult Healthcare Professionals

Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before:

• Starting, stopping, or changing any supplement routine
• Using SuppaLog data to make health decisions
• Treating any health condition
• Taking supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, have medical conditions, or take medications

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in SuppaLog.

No Medical Claims

We do NOT claim that:

• Supplements tracked in SuppaLog will cure, treat, or prevent any disease
• Following our recommendations will improve health outcomes
• Our data is a substitute for professional medical advice

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• Supplement information in our database may be incomplete or outdated
• AI Vision label scanning may contain errors
• RDA guidelines are general recommendations and may not apply to everyone
• You are responsible for verifying all supplement information

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

SuppaLog and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will NOT be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Health outcomes or medical issues related to supplement use
• Errors or inaccuracies in supplement data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of SuppaLog shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

As-Is Service

SuppaLog is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuppaLog, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or data

Intellectual Property

Our Ownership

SuppaLog and all related intellectual property (trademarks, logos, app design, code, database) are owned by SuppaLog and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SuppaLog for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all personal data you input into SuppaLog. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about SuppaLog, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without compensation to you.

Termination

By You

You may stop using SuppaLog and delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We must comply with legal requirements
• Providing the service becomes impractical or unlawful

Upon termination:

• Your right to use SuppaLog immediately ceases
• We may delete your data (subject to our retention policies)
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability) continue to apply

Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with SuppaLog:

1. Contact Us First: Email hello@suppalog.app to attempt informal resolution
2. Negotiation: We'll work with you in good faith to resolve the issue
3. Legal Action: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action, representative proceeding, or consolidated proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of SuppaLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you don't agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuppaLog regarding use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
